Movement

Gym, soccer, climbing, running, golf. Played professionally for Hindustan FC in India's Hero I-League — youngest player in the starting eleven. Soccer is still the one thing that empties my head completely.

Meditation & Longevity

Started meditating in my second year at UCLA — it grounded me more than anything else I've tried. That same instinct pulled me into longevity: I like treating the body as a long-term system, not something you patch when it breaks.

Salsa & DJing

Salsa for the same reason I like soccer — full presence, nothing left over to think with. DJing is the opposite instinct: building a mood on purpose, one track at a time.

French

Learning it slowly. Mostly because I like the feeling of being a beginner at something again.

Read & Write

Read constantly, write less than I'd like to. Writing is the thing that actually forces me to figure out what I believe.

Wine & Strangers

Wine tasting for the ritual of paying attention. And I will absolutely watch and talk to strangers — it's basically research disguised as small talk.

Travel

I have a rule: say yes to random trips, especially if you don't know anyone going. That's where the real memories get made. I've lived in Delhi, LA, and Singapore. Each one rewired something.

Community

I've built communities from scratch more times than I can count — and I genuinely love the craft of it. Making rooms where people who should know each other finally do. Theta Chi at UCLA was my first taste of what real brotherhood feels like outside of family.

Next up

Learning to cook properly, growing a garden, and getting into F1 racing.
